However, if you’re traveling to Cannes you can warp back in time and visit the medieval quarter of Le Suquet. The old, charming town takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the busy marina and you get to enjoy the tranquillity in peace.

At this market you can expect to find a fine selection of clothes, jewellery and leather goods. Try the local dish called socca, which consists of a savory pancake made from chickpea flower.
Upon your visit to Nice you’ll find anything from farmer’s markets to flea markets. A popular market in Nice is the Cours Saleya Market that’s situated in the old town.
